Ingredients / preparation
1. green beans (your preference) / trimmed, chopped
2. olive oil / 1 tablespoon3. salt / 1/2 teaspoon
4. pepper / 1/2 teaspoon
Method:
1. Heat water in a saucepan over high heat (water should be enough to cover the green beans), bring to the boil.
2. Add green beans, cook, for 3-5 minutes or until beans are soft. Drain the beans and place to a big bowl.
3. Add olive oil, salt and pepper, mixed well.
4. Ready to serve
