I have never been a big fan of curry, but with Worcestershire sauce is another story. Just a little bit sourness brings out the flavors of beef and capsicums.... all I can say is yum yum!! In the photo shows a very typical way that most Taiwanese would have in their lunch box, with normally one type of meat, some veggies and an egg or some Taiwanese pickles.

Ingredients / Preparation
1. ground beef 200g
2. curry powder / 1/2 teaspoon
3. 1 small onion 100g / finely chopped
4. 1/2 red capsicum / diced
5. 1/2 green capsicum / diced
6. cooking oil / 1 tablespoon
7. 1 egg
8. some vegetables / self preference
9. salt / to taste
----- Mixing Sauce -----
10. curry powder / 1 teaspoon
11. worcestershire sauce / 1/2 tablespoon
12. rice wine or red wine / 1 tablespoon
13. sugar / 1/2 teaspoon
14. soy sauce / 1.5 tablespoon
15. potato flour or corn flour / 1 tablespoon
16. water / 1/4 cup
Method:
1. Heat the oil in a medium non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat, add onions and stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes or until onions softens. Add beef, stirring for 3-5 minutes until beef turns colour and onions brown. Add curry powder and quickly stirring.
2. Add green capsicum and red capsicum, quickly stirring, add mixing sauce, stirring occasionally 3-5 minutes until the sauce thicken.
3. Serve with favorites vegetables, egg and rice, dig in!
